Sheila Dykstra

Chief of Staff

Sheila joined EBSCO Information Services in May of 2000 and has held various leadership positions across the business over the years. Prior to becoming Chief of Staff, Sheila served as head of Human Resources. Her experience leading business teams and people-focused initiatives, along with her training and experience as a professional coach, make her a trusted partner to the CEO and the business.

In her current role, Sheila is a partner and advisor to the CEO and serves as a liaison to key stakeholders across the organization – driving enterprise-wide initiatives and helping to move the organization forward.
