Conversion Testing Statement

As EBSCO Information Services evolves our product offerings we strive to develop them with customer needs and ease of use in mind. To deliver on this, we will begin leveraging A/B testing with small audiences to validate the product development before releasing changes to all customers.

A/B testing allows our teams to enhance the user experience iteratively by seeing what works well and what needs further refinement. During a validation exercise some users may see a slightly different version of an EBSCO interface than what they typically see, however, the audience  that sees this version is very small and the changes are temporary. If the validation exercise is successful, the change may eventually make it into a product release. Please note that all of the data collected complies with the EBSCO Privacy Policy.
